When does the change occur?
The change occurs November 16, 2018.

Will your security system change?
It won't! Your installing company will continue to be your security company and SentryNet will now be monitoring your account.

Will anything work differently on your system?
Good News! All the features on your security system will work just like they have in the past.

Does anything change on your bill?
The amount you are billed and when you receive your bill will remain the same.

Who do you contact to cancel an alarm or place my system on test?
You will call Securitas Technology at 800-814-7144.

Who do you contact regarding account changes, security system maintenance or to add new services?
Please continue to reach out to your installing company.
